Practice Areas

Beth and Jennifer Wolfsong opened their firm, Wolfsong Law PC, in 2013, after Beth Wolfsong’s former employer was appointed to serve as a judge in Multnomah County and closed the previous firm, Beth Allen Law PC.  Beth Wolfsong worked at Beth Allen Law for over six years in adoption and estate planning. Now, Beth Wolfsong primarily focuses her practice on estate planning, adoptions, and donor & surrogacy agreements. Beth enjoys working closely with her clients to address the needs unique to each individual or family. Beth also enjoys working in a practice area that enables her to maintain long-lasting relationships with her clients.

In addition to maintaining a busy estate planning practice, Beth is also actively involved in the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) at her daughter’s school, and is a current member of the Basic Rights Oregon Legal Group, Pride Professional Alliance, Portland Area Business Assocation (PABA), Oregon Women Lawyers, and the Oregon Gay and Lesbian Lawyers Association (OGALLA). She speaks each year on topics such as: adoption and assisted reproduction, planning to protect your family and children, planning for your pet’s care and needs, issues affecting the LGBT community, and marriage equality.
